French gilt brass and 5 glass, 8 day carriage clock time piece circa 1900, maker unknown. Obis casework with chamfered glass panels throughout and white enamel dial with black roman hours and blued steel hands, the rear door numbered #558. Plain brass movement stamped 'Made In France' with replacement Swiss lever escapement. Height - 6" Width - 3.25" Depth - 2.5".

henri jacot high quality 8 day gong strike / repeat

French gilt brass and 5 glass, 8 day strike / repeat carriage clock circa 1880 by Henri Jacot. Corniche case with chamfered glass panels throughout, white enamel dial with black Roman hours and minute track and blued steel hands. Back plate with Jacot arrow and numbered #6702 below a contemporary silvered jewelled lever escapement. 'Hidden' oval Henri Jacot stamp applied internally to the back of the dial plate.

Obis casework with chamfered glass panels throughout and gilt brass masked white enamel dial with black Arabic hours and black steel hands together with lower alarm time set indicator dial. Plain brass movement numbered 30105 with original cylinder escapement. Height - 3.5" Width - 2.5" Depth - 2.25".
