Battery Replacement

Quartz Watch / Clock Battery Replacement
If your quartz timepiece has stopped or is jumping forward several seconds at a time, it likely needs a new battery.

It is always recommended to remove a dead battery or replace it, else it may leak and subsequently ruin the movement.
Our team have extensive experience and can supply and can fit batteries to most watches and clocks while you wait.

We use authentic Swiss-made Renata batteries, for long-lasting power and trusted by most leading luxury watch brands.

Watch Water Ratings

Watch Resistance Classification. Free Diver Wearing Watch.
Water resistance is often measured in metres (m), atmospheres (ATM), or bar, where 1 ATM ≈ 10 meters of static water pressure.

Water ratings on watches are consistent across brands but do not correlate as often expected. Ratings like 30m, or 3 ATM do not mean the watch is safe for swimming, they indicate resistance to brief splashes. Certainly, divers would always choose a minimum of 300m or 30 ATM.

We advise you to refer to your manufacturer's guidelines.

Water Resistance

Water Resistance Pressure Testing Equipment. Gives Printout with Pass.
If you would like your watch to retain its original water resistance, we can reseal and pressure test it.

Water resistance testing evaluates whether a watch can withstand water exposure without leaks. It primarily checks the integrity of seals, gaskets, and the watch case under simulated pressure conditions, helping prevent water damage before it occurs.

We use professional vacuum pressure testing equipment and you will receive the printout to show your watch has passed. If the watch fails, we can use a wet pressure test to identify the area leaking: crown, caseback, buttons or pushers so the problem can be rectified.

Full Valet & Cleaning

Watch Valet & Polishing / Brushing / Graining. Beautiful mixed finish.
Full Watch Valet
Whether quartz or mechanical, a watch's case and bracelet can be cleaned and subsequently refinished to an 'as new' condition with our Full Valet. Metals can be polished. Metals can be brushed and re-grained.
A beautiful mixed-finish with polished and grained sections can be achieved.

Ultrasonic Clean
Is your watch leaving a dirty mark on your wrist?
We can give your watch-bracelet a deep clean in our ultrasonic tank. We will clean cases similarly (with movements removed if not water resistant).
