The dial is part luminous and is marked with reference numbers. The backplate is A.M. (Air Ministry) marked. This type of clock was used in some models of Ansons, Battles, Beaufighters, some Spitfires, Beauforts, Sunderlands, Austers, Lancasters and Mosquitos.
