French art nouveau 1910/20s 8 day cylinder time piece maker unknown, in a mahogany balloon case with decorative light wood stringing and stylised floral inlay. Gilt brass bezel with concave glass over a white enamel dial with black Roman hours and black steel hands retailed by Muirhead & Arthur, Glasgow. French brass drum head spring driven movement with contemporary platform cylinder escapement.
