French 8 day mantel clock timepiece in an impressive triple arched dark mahogany case with gilt brass columns and bracket feet. Gilt brass bezel with convex glass over a white enamel dial with black Arabic hours and black steel hands. Brass drum case movement maker unknown stamped 'France' with a good quality replacement lever escapement platform and a captive winding key.
