Swiss Rocail pocket watch c1910 with top wind and time change in an 18K gold case with pattern edging numbered 87453 with Swiss proof marks and Silver Medal inscription. Silvered dial with gilt numeric hours and cathedral style hands with a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o/c. Rocail which is a brand of Pierce SA, Swiss made jewelled lever movement with split bi-metallic balance and overcoil hairspring produced by Fontainemelon.
